My PET/CT Fusion scan results were exactly what we wanted to see -- no metastasis anywhere! Woohoo! The cancer has been detected early -- we are good to go. Here's what happens next. My last day of work was June 27th. June 28th I pre-register at Scripps Memorial for the surgery and on Saturday Jeff and I head out for some rest and relaxation returning on July 4th! Yes!
OK, for all you pink lovers out there -- I have nothing against pink. But there are others who share my color palette. My dear friend CJ sent a link to me yesterday on the "pink is not my color" merchandise. Clever -- wish I thought of it!
Jeff and I will enjoy our first meal -- sponsored by dear friends and family -- from the Dinner Studio tonight. Thanks to all of you for taking care of us.
Have a happy and safe July 4th!
