Happy Healthy Lymph Nodes!

Lake Las Vegas was 114 degrees! A tad hot...wouldn't you say. I so enjoyed being with my husband and it was good to get away. Now we're back...and I wanted to give you what to expect next. Today we have the pre-op appointment with the surgeon...Jeff and my niece, Lauren, will be there too. Then I have a meditation session, healing touch massage and then early to bed.

OK. It's time to turn into WonderWoman! Friday, we have a 5:30 a.m. check-in at Scripps Memorial. The surgery will begin at 7:15 a.m. and will last for about four hours. If you call in the late afternoon, the hospital can give you an update. Jeff will be posting on the blog with post surgery updates as soon as he can. I've decided that I'd like to not have visitors for a while...let me get my arms around this first then we'll let you know when we can connect. Although I do enjoy spending time in gardens, I'd prefer not to have flowers...instead do something kind for someone else and that energy will reach me or someone else who needs it more than me. The past few days have been wonderful -- tough at times -- but showing me how blessed I am every day. It's hard to put into words but just know I'm keeping my positive attitude and being realistic about what I'm heading into. Remember the mantra now more than ever...Happy Healthy LymphNodes! I am peaceful, I am grateful, I am healing.
