hairless is in and it saves me at least 30 minutes in the morning of washing and blow d
rying, no money spent on cutting and styling for a while, my gray will disappear and I won't be spending money on highlighting -- one must always look on the bright side!No answer to this one yet. I have an appointment with my homeopath and other alternative healthcare providers...let's see what they have to say. If you know of anyone who has successfully used alternative methods I'm all ears.
My life lesson from this part of the journey...nothing is what it seems to be. As always, my deep appreciation to you for all your positive thoughts, healing energy and cheering from the sidelines (sometimes even running down the field with me!). You are precious each and every one of you. Make this day the one that will be your best ever no matter what comes your way.

You are always filled with surprises...enough to make anyone smile & wonder!
kisses always,

Karen,
Your attitude is admirable. Have you ever wanted wavy hair (without the perm)? I work with a woman whose hair grew back wavy after chemo.
You are in my prayers and I wish you the very best.

Karen,
You're always so upbeat. I went G.I. Jew (the real American Hebrew) last month and it does take getting used to. Whatever you decide, I know you'll wear it well!

we think of you daily with all the UCSD preparation going on in Charlotte for Forrest's move sept. 18th. Your courage and honesty makes me so proud to know you. What a role model for me!! Chips/ sister and sister-in-law had good success with chemo 11 and 6 years ago for breast cancer. You will be guided as to what is best for you. love, martha
Karen,
Been following your site and progress. You are the poster adult for how you beat cancer. I have forwarded your site to my 2 daughters, with a note that "this is how a true champion does this."
Our prayers are for your team!!

Karen,
This is a really difficult decision based upon a five-percent spread. Your faith will guide you. Liv
Karen!
So upbeat and positive...I love it :) You're simply amazing!
Tomorrow is the finals for SoundWaves and hopefully I make you proud. I think it'll be recorded too, so I will show it to you the next time I see you. Miss you!!
XOXO

Dear Karen,
So when all is said and done
You'll make the decision and it will be the right one.
You are a real trooper! Can't wait to see you.
Love, Ruth & Paul
Wow, just a 5% difference with chemo. That makes the decision someone cruel. But I'm thinking of you always and know you'll do well no matter what. Love...N
